Thilina Ranaweera

Thilina is part of our audit and assurance team and he has vast experience in audit and assurance. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka  as well as a graduate of Business Management (Accountancy) Sp. from university of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka.
 
He possesses more than 10 years of post-qualified experiences in providing audit and assurance services in relation to various sectors such as  banking/finance, export/import, power generation, mining (diamond),education, manufacturing, property development, insurance and healthcare. Prior to joining BDO Partners, Thilina had rendered his services at Ernst & Young ( E&Y)- Sri Lanka and PricewaterhouseCoopers(PwC) in Botswana in the capacity of a manager. During his periods of employment with E&Y and PwC, He was able to successfully execute and complete a decent number of local and international audit and assurance engagements and tax advisory services including international tax advisory engagements.
