Dinusha Rajapakse

Dinusha is part of our tax team and she has vast experience in both Tax compliance and Tax advisory services. She is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has been engaged in work relating to both tax and audit. She also has a LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Colombo and is an Attorney at law. Her knowledge as both a Chartered Accountant and Lawyer helps her as a member of our tax team to advise our clients when applying the tax laws to their respective business ventures.   

She has experience in tax compliance services including income tax, VAT, and Social Security Contribution Levy. She is also engaged in advising tax clients on various tax related issues including international taxation, tax implications on setting up businesses in Sri Lanka, exchange control regulations and applying local tax laws to client specific situations to optimize their tax costs. She also performs transfer pricing studies for clients having cross border transactions with associated undertakings.
