BDO in Sri Lanka and Maldives is proud to announce that our colleague, Supun Muthukuda, was conferred the President's award for the Most Outstanding New Member of the year 2024 at the annual convocation of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka held on 24th October 2024. This prestigious accolade is a reflection of his exceptional dedication, hard work, and significant contributions to the profession.
Supun who serves the firm as Manager - Audit & Assurance, is an illustrious member of the BDO family and also served a stint as a secondee senior at BDO Saudi Arabia. He is a trained communicator, orator, and debator and has represented Sri Lanka in International CA Students' conferences as a paper presenter as well as a panelist. Supun is a lecturer in the field of accounting and has an active passion towards grooming the next generation of accountants.
Supun’s commitment, work ethic and drive has truly distinguished him as a young leader. This award not only celebrates his individual achievements but also serves as an inspiration to all of us at BDO.
