Invitation for pre-qualification of prospective investors to acquire B.O.C. Travels (Pvt.) Ltd.
BDO Consulting (Pvt.) Ltd., acting on behalf of Bank of Ceylon as the transaction advisor, extends an invitation to prospective local and foreign investors, including individuals, consortiums, joint ventures, and body corporates, to submit pre-qualification applications for the potential acquisition of B.O.C. Travels (Private) Limited, a subsidiary of Bank of Ceylon.
Dates relevant to the divestment process are as follows.
To commence the pre-qualification process, interested parties are requested to access the Pre-qualification Application document. This document can be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 6,000/- (USD 20), excluding bank charges and taxes. Payment can be facilitated through fund transfer or direct deposit. Prospective investors who complete the payment process are required to submit proof of payment to the below mentioned email address to receive the Pre-qualification Application document or can be collected in person from the specified office between 9:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs on working days from 20th May 2024 to 10th June 2024.
